My younger brother and I are linked by an affinity for dreaming. In this portrait of him, the multiple faces echo the restlessness created by a stalemate; we are both torn between the powerful compulsion to boldly go forth and the equally powerful apprehension of failure holding us back. The presence of fluorescent pink peeking through layers of greys and blues, however, suggests that underneath self doubt lies the enduring existence of conviction.
